Physiotherapy on the machine

Equipment-supported physiotherapy (KGG) is a form of physiotherapy for many symptoms - from muscle imbalances to unclear and even painful movement disorders. By using various medical devices, we achieve an improvement in general muscle function as well as coordination, endurance, strength and mobility. KGG is suitable for both prevention and rehabilitation. Our physiotherapy practice in Sülz is ideally equipped for this.

Medical training therapy

Medical training therapy (MTT) is more than just therapeutic rehabilitation training. Above all, it is designed to restore your ability to perform and your ability to function in everyday life. So that you can feel good and be active again. The training is closely coordinated with you and a personalised training plan is drawn up together. The training programme includes endurance and mobility exercises as well as strength and coordination training.

Personal training

As with medically indicated therapies, an individualised training plan is developed and implemented. You do not need to have a medical condition for personal training. This is about preparing for and achieving personal goals: Marathon, triathlon, back to the football pitch, tennis and other sports. Or if you just want to get moving. We assess what level of exertion is reasonable for your body and how much you can increase without damaging your body.
